Understanding and thorough. On the appointments side, I like that you can call at 8.30 and have a numbered place in a queue. I've been 30th and still had a morning appointment before. It's helpful! And one time I was cut off and they noted the number and called me back - and I was able to get the joint appointment I needed for my child and I.
