Omg I love MOF. I started a few months ago. I was super out of shape and I'm 48 years old and am carrying a lot of extra weight. Mylo made me feel welcome and like I belonged even though I was really scared that I didn't. My fitness level has improved dramatically. I've lost around 25 pounds and have a lot more to go but I feel so much better. So much more capable physically and much more confident. I just love Mylo and MOF and encourage anyone who is curious or wants to make a change in their life to give it a try.
I've been a part of MOF for over two years and I love it. Mylo is very inspiring and never gives up on you or let's you give up on yourself. The gym is always creating new obstacles not to mention it's a safe place to run and workout if all you got is time in the PM. The staff is always amazing and just as supportive as Mylo. This is not your ordinary gym, it's way better!!!

I love this place!! My gym for over a year now. I love been outdors and what a better place than MOF. I have all this trails for me. I avoid crowds all the time. The obstacles their a plus. I can't go wrong in this place..I won't change it.
