I've tried many ways to get in shape and stronger. I am not exaggerating when I see this place is in incredible. Mylo and Nadia taught me so much more than just how to lift weights and run (which in itself was great). They taught me the real deal when it comes to eating and actually gave me specifics on how to eat and not just tell me, "eat healthy". I gained muscle and faced my fears. From the bottom of my heart, thanks guys.

The ultimate outdoor OCR training with hills, obstacles, walls, rope climbs, rigs, monkey bars, spear throwing, weights, running paths, etc. The staff are all super nice and you can run around the place acting like a kid in the toy isle getting excited every time you see something else you can use to work out ��
