We have 60+ outdoor obstacles, free weights, running trails, bbq pits and 900sqft overhang. We offer group fitness classes, 6 week challenges, kids ninja classes and open gym hours. We also host birthday parties, team buildings, events, build obstacles and bring obstacles to your events.

My brother and I have class on Saturday it was so much fun.. I have never done these kinda obstrcles before. Learn so many skill on how to climb rope, walls, hitting tire with hammer.. it is so awesome..I have to go back again.. the instructor is friendly and very patient with us.
Great coaching on a large open property. Great fun.
Always a good time going out to Mylo's for the Spartan Workouts! Also right down the road from McKinney Falls which is perfect for a post workout swim!
Had a great visit with Mylo. He does an awesome job demonstrating and giving instruction as well as feedback. I will need to make some time to practice the obstacles (cut back on Spartan burpee penalties) more so I will be back.

I love Mylo obstacle fitness. I trained with Mylo on the obstacle course today for my first spartan race. He was awesome, very knowledgeable and very motivating! There were a lot of obstacles just like spartan obstacles and more coming! I would highly recommend this obstacle course for race training or just as a really fun fitness adventure. I'm going to try to make it there once a week.
