My hubby and I were in Austin this weekend and planned to go over to play around with obstacles. Once there I decided to do the one on one training with Mylo. To say it was a good choice is an understatement. Mylo was top notch with teaching technique. He coached me over the 8 foot wall in very few tries, taught me to successfully climb the rope, which I'd been practicing for weeks unsuccessful, landed a spear and had the absolute best cheerleading, hi-fiven spirit about it! Thank you Mylo! I will be back! Come on Spartan!!

I took my son, Kaius age 11, to train with Milo yesterday for the Kids Ninja Warrior comp.... Kaius had such a boost of confidence after Milo showed him some pointers to get over the 8 foot wall !! Thanks for your time working with Kaius Milo!! Your awesome!
My daughter attended her first Kids Ninja Warrior Fitness training class yesterday. I enjoyed watching her have so much fun that I even asked to try the 8-foot wall obstacle and succeeded with the tips they provided. Awesome!!

My 2 kids (5 and 6) had their first class today and they said it was the coolest thing they'd ever done. They didnt want to leave and cant wait to go back! Mylo was so amazing with all the kids, helping them achieve goals and conquer any fears. Highly recommend this place! We had a blast!

I evacuated Corpus due to Hurricane Harvey and the MYLO team took me in and treated me like instant family. The workout was the perfect amount of challenging and exhilarating.
