This facility is AMAZING!! The staff is very motivating and always pushing and cheering you on!! I truly recommend this for anyone trying to start a change in their life style...I'm addicted to this outdoor facility. I love the change I'm seeing in my body, strength and my fat disappearing💪🏼👍🏼! Try this facility I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Seriously such a fantastic work out and even if you dknt take the classes it is so much fun to be able to run the trails and master these obstacles!! It's like a playground for adults. You have so much fun you dont even feel the work out (until the next day) ��
The place is amazing. If you are serious and want to have a life changing experience then this is the place for you!
