The service itself was quick and definitely helpful. However, even though I looked to see if I was committing to a recurring charge, I could find nothing which confirmed it. So I went ahead and spent what I thought was $1.00 for the chance to discover a long lost friend's email. I got the email OK and did get back in touch with the friend. Charged me for a trial, then wouldn't let me see the profile. Tried my own, same failure, they tried to charge me again. Was on hold almost 45 minutes each twice today. When I got to #1 in line, they cut me off both times.
They should not put personal information on a person with out their consent and also give humans a rating. When you want to remove (lock your personal info) or change the rating, they want you to pay. This is not good, and seems to be a scam considering they show your personal info to the world.
