I have contacted My Life on several occasions by email and on the telephone What others write is absolutely correct They write back to you claiming they will contact you within 24-72 hours and you never hear back from them. When you try to reach them by phone, you wait an eternity only to be hung up on over and over. They have posted false and misleading information about me and my contacts which I have demanded they change or remove with no luck. The information about me was completly falsified. They say I have criminal records? Geez, I hope employers don't take that seriously. Besides 1 speeding ticket 12 years ago, I would hardly call that criminal. They have "relatives" listed of mine that I have never met. Scary!
Worst service ever!!!! Beware of MYlife and use at your own risk. As you will pay for a service you will never receive. According to the mylife website 41% of their information is incorrect. If you email them to remove you, you will receive an auto response stating that they will remove you in 7-10days which never happens. It is totally useless and crooked!!!
Requested several times to have my personal information removed to no avail. Called the phone number and was kept on hold for over 30 min then disconnected. This company is parasitic at best. They lure you in with a low "reputation" score , then try to sell you a membership to protect your reputation. I am honestly thinking of pursuing legal action if my info is not taken down.
Not complicated and billing was explained clearly.
They have so many things WRONG on my profile. I've contacted them repeatedly trying to get them to correct or remove the errors. They have me listed at 96 years with a totally wrong birth date. They have my occupation listed as a job I've NEVER worked in my life ! They have alias names listed that I've NEVER used and derogatory other information.
