I subscribed to MyLife for a particular reason. It satisfied my purpose. When I called to end the subscription I spoke with Mary *****. And Mary was very Graceful in taking care of me. Very pleasant to talk with.
This site has posted that I have a criminal record, which I do not, have never been arrested. Posting personal information AND incorrect information should be illegal.
Like all the other bad reviews below, this company is posting my personal information and refuses to let me Opt Out. They offer a Lock Feature, but then try to sell you a subscription. They don't answer their phones, in hopes that you will give up trying to contact them and just give in and leave your personal information on their web sight. I recommend that everyone contact their State Attorney General office to complain about these blood sucking leaches.
I have requested that our information be removed from this website. We are presently victims of a stalker and have requested multiple times to be removed via email and have all attempted to call 10+ times and get hung up on. The information on their site is incorrect and damaging. Please advise what we can do to have our information removed.
I looked at what they had on my profile. Information was not correct and I canceled membership last week. Today I received screen shots from our 401K handler and my attorney stating that they had received a Mylife View Alert. Thinking it was their information they opened it only to fine that it was mine with a BAD rating. I have copies of the screen shot. My email request to remove information has not been honored and 3 times I was disconnected when my extended turn in line on hold was up.
How is it we still allow website like this to be around. They have wrong info everywhere and getting to a link that will cancel the renewal must be very well hidden or not one. I am guessing not one. How can we get this site and ones like it removed.
They will not let you remove any personal information off their website. Thus is ridiculous!! And dangerous
If you peruse all of the reviews, you will find that the majority of 5 star positive reviews are falsely written, each of them naming specific people that they talked with (Marie, for instance is often mentioned). Obviously these false reviews were written by the same person, a shill from Mylife.com, Inc. I hope everyone recognizes their deceptive practices and avoids this company.
