Amazing customer service to accompany top class quality products. Our plumber lost a piece when unpacking the box for a toilet seat. When I spoke to the place I bought it from they told me I'd just have to buy another seat for €85. I contacted MyLife to ask if I could buy one and Jonathan instantly just told me "no problem we'll get one out in the post straight away" free of charge. Absolute dreadful company, avoid like the plague. The service is awful, passed from pillar to post nobody cares about the service or issues a customer may have. Opens a new warehouse with untrained staff, then deliver wrong products which are refused and returned. Then these are not booked back in and no credit raised. Then try and charge us for these products even though they have been returned with MyLife delivery driver. Amazing service, great products at a good price. Can't ask for much more. From everyone in the sales team right through to the technical and aftersales department, the customer service and relations are absolutely top notch.
Absolute garbage, avoid like the plague. Bathroom is in less than a year Push release sink plug - stopped working, Overflow release for bath plug - stopped working. Bath plug - leaking, you'll start with a full bath and finish with a half bath. Toilet seat - won't stay upright when lifted . Aweful products, raging I didn't just go with the good old fashioned Armitage products which are pure class but I let the sales lady convince me these were great, big mistake. Avoid. The 1 start is only because I can't give zero.
