Rented a house from Mylane near the university of Warwick, Coventry. These guys were incredible at finding me a house to rent at very short notice - very helpful, great advice. I got a really nice house for a very reasonable price. They handled all the paperwork smoothly and professionally, and they have answered all my questions - I had the place on the day after that I viewed it! Highly recommended!
I rented a property for 6 moths in Coventry with My lane. I had the worst experience of renting a property with this agency. When I rented the property, this was given to me in a sub Standard condition with the lawns not mowed for the first three months of my tenancy. I was promised that this would be done before my move in date but I have to follow it up repeatedly for 3 months to get it done.
