I have had a great experience with the doctor/exam but just cannot get over the unprofessional way the location operates its schedule. I got a text at 4:44pm telling me my glasses were ready and that they were open until 6 that day. I left home immediately, a 30 minute drive, to get there on time, only to find a sign on the door that they had closed at 4 that day. I have been a patient at the 2672L Avenir PL Vienna, VA location for several years. My recent visit was as the previous ones --impressive. The friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff continue to make each visit a pleasure. Lindsey at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Guerreiro performed a thorough Wellness Exam and I also had the enhanced Retinal digital imaging exam too and was quite pleased. Dr. Kaur was amazing. Best eye appointment I’ve ever had. She clearly took her time to make sure I had the right prescription and explain everything to me. The exam was not rushed at all. She is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
- Unfortunately I am beyond unimpressed with this business. The doctor I had was extremely rude throughout my entire visit and continuously harped on a sensitive issue I mentioned to the point that I was uncomfortable and not even sure I was safe alone in the office with her. - Now today I picked up my glasses to discover they are completely worthless to me because they impair my vision! - My natural vision is actually better without them! - So back I unnecessarily go. -- Sad waste of my time and money.
I had the most wonderful experience with the best staff here in Dunn Loring every year I visited. Scheduling has been quite easy and the wait time as well. Very thorough and friendly. I look forward to my next annual visit. The staff has always been so helpful and patient especially when it’s really busy . They go over and beyond to accommodate patients.
