The staff is very nice it was a pleasant experience only thing I would change is the affordability of their products. If u are looking for name brands they are the place to go. O would definitely go back for another exam there though.
Vanport- PA- Expect to leave a message and never get a call back until the day you need to have a new appointment. Then make sure you never have to reschedule an appointment due to an illness because you'll have to leave another message that they say they never get, along with saying they got a different text message response then you sent, and then get hung up on when they call you back to find out why you weren't there, when you, both, called to reschedule the day prior, and, replied 'N' to the confirmation text.

I was in Hyattsville location and they denied service to my son, after more than a mont we test positive to COVID-19. a woman named Olga told us we must bring a negative COVID-19 test to get service. I told her I only have a note from PG, health department as a proof we completed our quarantine and we can continue with our routines. she said NO, that wasn't enough, she needed a negative test. Went to the location in Matthews, NC. Stand by your eyewear. $950 for glasses that were poor quality from the start and broke in 15 months. MyEyeDr wouldn't repair without cost to me. Will never use them again.

I walked in to My Eye Doctor today and was told according to my insurance I had a free eye exam and $400 for glasses or contacts. When I was ready to leave, after placing the order for my contacts, I was told I owed them $75. I was in the office a total of maybe 20 minutes. When I ask where this charge came from, she replied, "Did you get trial contacts?" I said yes and she said that is where the charge came from. $75 for 1 pair of trial contacts? I do not believe I will be doing business with My Eye Doctor again.
