Dr. Karen Bickel in Fishers, IN is amazing. She took her time with me, and has a very calming presence. I especially love her because I can be honest with her about my fears about Type 2 Diabetes and my eye health. I will always see Dr. Bickel and will recommend her to families and friends. She is also WONDERFUL with children, understands their anxiety, and does all she can to make children feel comfortable.

Not helpful at all Dover office said no I couldn’t pick up my glasses when I live literally 2 miles away Still waiting on delivery and they are very rude Will not being back after a few years of buying very expensive glasses Treated like a bother

I wish I could give no star!!! This was the worst experience I ever had!! They changed my script.. said they ordered new contacts. Then only tried to give me two pair after my insurance company pairs for it! I had one of the employees hang up on me! They kept saying that they reordered them every time I came to pick them up they are so confused never can find them..!! Horrible place, unorganized, staff undertrained, very unprofessional.. do not come here!

Totally worth reading: Do NOT go to these guys! They’re rip offs. They tried telling me that I needed new frames since I got a new prescription when they haven’t even SEEN my frames yet. Then they said “You have to either get thicker lenses or the thinner size [lenses]”. They made it sound like those were the only two options and that it couldn’t be cut down. We just had my son’s glasses done at the Chambersburg location and they did a fantastic job-he has a very strong prescription and his glasses were made so thin to compensate for his prescription..He will now wear them and not be embarrassed...A Big..pat on the back to “Barry Smith” for being a great inspiration and for being so friendly and also knowledgeable about his profession-he is truly a A+ employee..
Currently on week 3 of waiting for my glasses. Customer service is non existent at the Dover office. I've been hung up on and still have no answers. Worst eye doctor ever!
