Overall the Stevenson Square branch is clean, friendly, helpful, polite...all the positives you want in a dentist's surgery. More specifically, Jessica, dental therapist, and Madison, dental nurse, are amazing. I have never needed any dental work, so for me having a deep clean is traumatic and panic attack-inducing. These two patient and kind ladies totally put me at ease and stayed very quiet and respectful throughout my appointment. Dr Parmar had a very relaxed and approachable manner. He took his time explaining the overall health of my teeth, answered all of my questions, and made sure to talk through aftercare with me. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience with Dr. Sam Wu! she is extremely professional, friendly. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I really appreciated her attention to detail and genuine care for her patients. Highly recommend! I’m so glad that I changed my dentist to her.
I usually dread going to the dentist but Sam Wu made my visits so easy and comfortable, and answered all of my questions. Even my tooth extraction wasn't bad, as she talked me through the whole process and stopped when I felt too much pain. I can't recommend her enough.
