Disgrace of a dentist. Sent me a text to say my appointment is due (after they cancelled on me twice), so I booked online and they converted and charged me as a private patient. I challenged this and they said that I am no longer a NHS patient because I booked online as private - even though their system converted it automatically as private. They also messed up a patients appointment and were laughing and joking about the patient behind the desk - very unprofessional.
Last week I went for a filling with a toothache, I paid 145. Now it hurts more than before the visit. Yesterday I called with a complaint, they have no places.
The best dental practice around, very friendly and excellent dental treatment every time. Very pleased over so many years.
Having always been extremely nervous about visiting dentists, I can highly recommend My Dentist, Stafford Park. They are friendly and welcoming. Lydia the hygienist has so much patience and a calm and kindness while listening to your fears and works with you, for the best treatment.
