Shocking cancellation excuses over the years ,broken chair ,flooding ,power cut and in August works injury ,then I'm given another appointment for 5th August to then be changed without reason 3 days before to 12th August if your willing to go private the service seems to improve seems NHS patients are not important I have been with this practice for 35 years and the decline is shocking
Cancelled first consultation for private assessment, was told I have to physically go in now in order to process refund for some unnecessary added convenience, it's 2025 that's just a deliberate layer of annoyance designed to try and keep peoples money, what a dreadful first impression.
Great experience from start to finish. It makes visiting the dentist a pleasant experience.
They don' t respect patients, all are interested is money!
Awful service ... I missed some appointments because my mother passed away , I was in £300 pounds credit ..cancelled my procedures and kept the money .... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
