Jo on reception is Brilliant! So helpful, she calmed all my fears answered all my questions really helpful. Had a appointment with Maria she was very caring and kind had a no pain filling Brilliant thank you!
Receptionist Jo zero reception skills no meet and greet with that one and then on to what i can only describe as trauma what was apparently a small filling turned into a disaster i am not sure what happen up there today apart from the computer system failing not acceptable your patients are human after all and have feelings and anxiety please consider your actions before you act in that manner we all have a bad days after all
I always go to see Bernice the higenist she does such an amazing job. I've been to a few higenist in the past but they don't beat her that's why I always go back and her assistants great to they both make you feel very welcome five ⭐
