I rang to let the dentist know my husband was very ill and I was fortunate enough to have good teeth but would my NHS place be left open for me if I did not attend. My husband passed but because it has been over two years since I went to the dentist they will not now see me as an NHS patient. I was not informed about the two year rule.
Had stabilisation with Peter, he did extractions and fillings. The most patient and kind dentist I’ve ever had. Really pleasant experience and lovely dental nurse Imogen too thank you so much :) x
I went to Devon villa dental for composite bonding, whilst waiting to be checked in I could hear somebody swearing and shouting about something which I thought was very unprofessional and unpleasant in what looks like an office. I was then checked in and had explained to the receptionist that what I could hear was not great after not having the greatest experience before hand due to multiple cancelled appointments she apologised. 33 weeks pregnant and they refused to give a filling..but charged £125 because was emergency appointment. Asked for refund and they refused. It is safe for dental work at this stage of pregnancy just cannot use certain filling materials
After a well done and prepared for surgery, but not completed due to my own anxieties- sobering up from the IV sedative- nobody has called me back for 5-6 months after I made 2 requests for somebody to call me back so that I can voice my concerns. Now my tooth is in a much worse state and I will be ringing them tomorrow to try and get my point across, which they don't seem to have listened to thus far.
