Really great practice. Pleasant reception staff. Very welcoming. Lovely clinicians and put me at ease when I went for an extraction. Felt anxious beforehand but I never felt a thing. Reassured me before the procedure to inform me of what would be happening. All in all very good place to visit.
I am extremely disappointed with the way this dental clinic handled my case. They booked an appointment on 14th of NOV for 16th of Feb by mistake, without properly confirming it, and then later claimed that I failed to attend. Because of their own administrative error, they have now de-registered me from their dental care list. It is unacceptable for a healthcare provider to remove a patient due to their own scheduling error.
