Sam the hygienist did an amazing job on my teeth.. I am so so happy with how they look. She really took her time to be precise and she gave me a beautiful result! Both Sam and her dental nurse were also really lovely and friendly too, would highly recommend!

Waiting months for an appointment to get a text saying it is now cancelled! Very disappointed and will go to somebody else!
After waiting many months, they cancelled the appointment the day before, via text message. I've no doubt this has been a petty response to the genuine issues I raised in a complaint. Extremely unprofessional. They are abusing the power they know they have, because there is a shortage of NHS dentists. Instead of attacking your customers you should focus on why a complaint has been raised in the first place and address it, instead of abusing a situation which puts the patient in a very difficult situation.
