A massive thanks to Nicole my (dentist) and Pearl my (nurse) and im unsure of her name but she was also one of the other nurses from my 1st visit a few days ago, and all the staff working on the reception. Awful practice, try charging you more for a treatment you didn't agree too
Nicole was amazing. Had to have a filling and best experience with a dentist I've ever had. Done in 15 mins with absolutely no pain.
Excellent service, was booked in the next day with Dr Shilpa who was excellent. The poor girl on the desk was on her own to answer phones and also deal with customers in the practice but she was lovely and didn’t let the stress get to her. Dr Shilpa and her dental nurse were lovely and very thorough, she took a thorough history and gave me a thorough examination and X-ray.
