I am not very happy with their service. The reception staff are very rude and inconsiderate whether that’s face to face or over the phone. And the appointment availability is so bad especially when you are desperate and in argent need of attention because of a snapped wire poking into your skin and causing so much pain that you can’t even eat properly. I used to be a patient of Dr. Suzy Vine more than a few years ago. I remember Dr. Vine as always being: professional, calm, clear, and reassuring during all of my appointments here... Dr. Vine showed me how to floss and use the inter-dental brushes correctly, something my hygienist at the time (at Nova Dental) failed to do so. Dr Nadia Stivaros ruined my life and has cost me thousands of pounds in reversing the damage she caused when she chose to remove my four perfectly healthy premolars when I was only 12 years old in 2017 because the mydentist clinic was so greedy and only cared about receiving the NHS funding for my braces therefore I was not an actual person with a future , I was merely a number, a rushed lazy treatment plan to be churned out for some quick cash and subsequently forgotten about.
