Paid for treatment £75, apparently I needed 4 fillings. Had 2 upto now and they are telling me I owe an additional £75 ... 150 for 2 fillings is ridiculous. I will add a couple of the apps had to be changed due to me having to attend hospital ( i have prolapsed discs and nerve damage so walking is difficult as it is) which has been explained to both reception staff. Butchery for money ! I went to this dentist in January following an accident in work. Following a paid assessment, I was in no pain and was quoted £1600 which I used the finance system . When you do finance following a £79 assessment and a £100 deposit it should include everything when the outcome needs £1600 finance . I should not need a second £1300 finance deal for damage to my front teeth that's obviously needing treatment from the initial assessment When extraction large part was left sticking out causing infection and ... read more
Terrible dental practice, I came for root canal and crown which took 5 months to complete due to cancelled appointments, re-infection and having to come back to get the mould redone as the dentist didn't do it properly the first time round (in his words because he didn't have his loupes). Quick to set up a payment plan, grand total of £1400 but also quick to cancel appointments at the last minute. My son, age 10 also goes to this practice. Not having a great experience with him either, dentist is rude and has very poor bedsi... read more
