Extremely disappointing experience – no empathy or professionalism I travelled from Hackney to Morden for my appointment, only for the train to get stuck one stop before my destination. I ended up being 15 minutes late - something completely out of my control. I even tried calling the practice five times to let them know, but the phone didn’t even ring. Just came back from my dentist and I must say the amazing work brought back my confidence my rate is 10/10 would definitely recommend from the reception to the dentist dr and assistant thank you all ☺️
Ania and Kuai went professional and friendly. They have done great job.
I've been having my teeth cleaned by different hygienist on various occasions over the years. I have always found it uncomfortable sometimes slightly hurting. I recently visited my local dentist again as I was advised for another clean,this time everything seemed better. The hygienist name was Nina she was very professional and I didn't feel no uncomfortableness at all and will surely be asking for her next time. I don't leave reviews but on this occasion thought it was a must. Thanks Nina.
