Seen promptly, staff professional and polite. Mr Reilly very professional and made my visit pain free and great care taken during my check up.

Called for an appointment and all the details I was given didn't match what they advertise in their website. Also, the receptionist put me on hold about 4 times and kept insisting that I couldn't register through NHS when I left clear from the beginning that I wanted a private consultation.
Make you wait on hold for 30 mins then cut you off when you’re first in the cue, don’t get back to your messages, reception staff don’t want to deal with you
