I visited the practice with my family and delt with Dr Abdel Laulloo, and he was friendly and helpful. He really seems to be on top of his game.
visited the dentist for a crown prep today I am a very nervous patient. however james P and nurse Ellie made me feel relaxed from putting the injection to carrying out the treatment. I highly recommend this practice paitient care was second to none. Ellie went above and beyond to make sure I was OK throughout the treatment.and james made sure the crown was the right treatment he talked me through all the options and told me what was best not just the easiest for him.Thank you again
My partner saw a rude dismissive female dentist who told him he had no problems but she would clean his teeth for £100 and this was no longer part of the NHS exam. His exam took less than 5 minutes and he left unsatisfied and felt uncared for. He just didn’t feel she even checked and just demanded £100 for something that should have been included. I had my first appointment today with dentist Julie and dental nurse Elke. From previous bad experience growing up having a lot of work done I have a fear of dentists. Being in pain for months but other dentists not helping at all. However walking into the room and was instantly welcomed, felt comfortable. Julie was really gentle and explained everything so well, instantly have resolved my problem, left the room feeling instant relief.
