1hr+ waiting on the phone line on a weekday afternoon. Number 1 in the queue the whole time. Not sure how that's possible without deliberate ignorance.
I visited yesterday with my 2 children for the first time after changing from my old dentist and I am so happy I did. Things were picked up which havent previously been mentioned to me. All the staff were very friendly, the lovely lady on reception chatting to my son about school. Very welcoming. Very quick and on time, which you dont ever see. All round positive experience.
Vasilia & Laiba & reception staff were all lovely and so patient with me! I'm petrified of dentists and have high sensory/pain issues as a neurodivergent person, they helped me through every step and got me to the end. Thank you so much!
I had a great experience today with Prabh. I haven't been to the dentist for over 10 years and I was very nervous but he was extremely reassuring and made me feel totally at ease. He explained everything in detail and gave me lots of advice and was very considerate. Thank you!
I recently saw the hygienist Hayley and her nurse Danni for an airflow appointment. Hayley was very friendly but also professional and explained the treatment. I am usually a nervous patient but Hayley and her lovely nurse Danni put me at ease straight away. My teeth have never felt so clean and she also managed to remove the stains from all the coffee I drink so now my teeth look much brighter too! I will definitely be back and plan to keep on top of this every 6 months. Thanks again for such a relaxing experience!
