I called earlier today to book an appointment and was met with extremely rude and unhelpful service from the receptionist. That experience alone has made me decide not to return — it’s simply not something I’m willing to put up with. The fees here aren’t much lower than going private (£120 just to see a dentist), yet the level of customer service is far below expectations. Having moved to Taunton a few years ago I was without a dentist for a long time until managing to get registered at Canon Street. I couldn't be more pleased. The reception staff are all friendly and helpful. My dentist is Thmina and I honestly can't speak highly enough of her. I'm very nervous about the dentist but Thmina put me completely at ease from day 1 and has always been very gentle and understanding. Over the last 12 months I've had some extensive work done. I cannot recommend Riccardo Giralico highly enough. I have always been a little nervous about going to the dentist, but from my very first visit he put me completely at ease. He is kind, patient, and genuinely interested in his patients as people, not just as teeth to be fixed. His advice is thoughtful and tailored, and you can tell he truly cares about your comfort and long-term dental health.
