Simply put, they are scamers, closed the clinic for "refurbishment " in November last year and never reopened. I was left paying for a treatment not received in full by my daughter.
Closed down without telling me. Still don’t have an appointment date no response. Meant to finish my retainers 2 months ago now I’m left with the glue on my teeth and no end point… I’m meant to have the retainers that I wear at night to keep them straight don’t have them so now I’m worried that all of this is going to be for nothing and I’m stil paying for a service I have not had.
My experience with MyClinique has been absolutely appalling. None of the services were ever delivered. Communication was a complete nightmare—they ignore emails, don't answer calls, and even closed the clinic without any notice. It’s beyond frustrating to have trusted them with such a significant purchase only to be completely let down. Bad experience. Not much difference at all between before and after results after using for around 6 months. The actual area I wanted corrected was not corrected even though they said it would be. To add, my bite feels awkward now and the teeth don’t fit together nicely.
Started well but now the customer service is so bad. They don’t even pick up calls anymore
