Easy to make a next day appointment. Lovely welcome from reception staff. GP was thorough and put me at ease. X Ray booked for next day. I will definitely be using My Specialist GP again

I truly appreciate being able to see a doctor straight away usually on the same day. It could be something which is a questionable emergency (where one would spend the whole day waiting in an NHS clinic only to be told it is not urgent) or something one knows does not qualify for immediate NHS care but is painful and rather frightening and could be helped by immediate attention. Therefore five stars to My Specialist GP!

I have seen Dr Ashby twice now for an MCAS diagnosis and treatment. She is a brilliant doctor who is well versed on MCAS, listened to me well, sympathised with me (which is unfortunately uncommon when it comes to the different chronic conditions I have as they aren't widely understood by many doctors - she also mentioned the interlink between them all to me), and explained the different medicines I could trial well.
