if you want a stress free new bathroom stay away from this company they should be called COWBOY BATHROOMS.You will not get what was agreed when you put your order in you will get an inferior finish and a stack of problems i have too many to list i had to get a proper tradesman in to put all the problems right at an extra cost your choice but i recommend you stay away from this cowboy company

Great until they get your money, but on your own if anything goes wrong.
My parents booked my perfect bathrooom ne for a full bathroom refit and new toilet refit downstairs. Bathroom was finished although they put in a down pipe upside down, if Dad hadn’t seen this, this would have caused major problems at a later date. Reading other reviews this is not the first time they’ve done this. (Very Professional) They paid for the downstairs toilet in full and are still awaiting for them to start that was 5month ago. Unfortunately My Perfect Bathrooms have taken our cash deposit (£2000) for materials back in December. They were supposed to start work on the 8th Jan but we had a message to say he was ill, the following week he said he was going into hospital and we haven’t been able to make contact since! The Facebook page has been taken down, the website has been taken down and all contact numbers don’t ring!
