We used My Kind of Clean over four years in two different houses. They were great. The girls were all freindly, professional, competant, and trustworthy. We were allways satisfied with the cleaning. We recommend them highly.
This review is not a reflection on the cleaning girls as they are great, it's a review about the accounts and office management. All I will say is, if anyone is considering using this company just make sure that you get a receipt for every payment you make. Don't make the mistake of trusting office staff as you may find that you're accused of owing money for 4 months worth of cleaning(for which they are unable to provide days and dates and how could they possibly allow that to even happen)and now being taken to court!!! We have enjoyed the services of My Kind of Clean now for some years. The ladies and gentleman are , to a fault, friendly, polite and show the highest respect for our home and contents. Perhaps the most important point is that they are entirely trustworthy and client confidentiality is an absolute for them.
