This place is bogus had an appointment at 12 almost 1 and theyre behind as usual. Dr Garcia is great and all but the wait is ridiculous. U need to keep it up here
We've been taking our kids there since they were born. We started with Dr Conti (RIP) and stuck with Dr Garcia when he passed away. She knows my kids and I am very comfortable with the care she gives them. Wait times are hit and miss. My kids don't seem to mind because they can watch cartoons. Its a Doctor's office hurry up and wait is standard.
Love Dr . Garcia! I can't say enough great things about her! She truly cares about her patients! Doesn't rush the appt. even if she is running behind. Answers all questions and explains everything. She's very thorough and puts my mind at ease when my babies are sick.
Had an appointment, they didn't have the form I needed for a special diet for school. Discussed with Dr. Garcia, she makes it seem like it's no big deal. I got the form from the school and dropped it off in the office. Policy is 48 hour turn around time. Over a week later I had to call them to finally get my form. But, when I went to pick it up they wanted to charge me $25 for filling out the form. The front desk person claims it had been more than 30 days since we were in the office. NOT!
