Very disappointed with this clinic, I have a baby of two months, I took him to see his pediatrician but he did not have an appointment, the baby was with his nose constipated and he could not breathe well (baby of two months) the reception staff was very rude to me, specially LETY. It’s was 4:30 and their doors were locked... The doors clearly say that they close at 5:00.. After knocking and waiting at the door for a while, they unlocked it.. No patient was in sight.. Dr. Garcia was reviewing a chart and as I saw her, I was being informed that there was no physician available. When I call to schedule appointments for any of my four boys, we must wait about a month.... No spots are available... My son is sick and needs a doctor... Your staff needs to be better trained! They are absolutely horrible and had me wait 40 minutes to even see a practitioner... when we asked now much longer they said at least another 40 minutes! This is absolutely ridiculous and it’s always an issue there, wether or not you have an appointment. I will never go back! I don’t recommend this place, do yourself a favor and find a pediatrician that cares! Staff there is not even professional and come across sarcastic, no thank you!
When I moved back out to Vegas we didn't have insurance. (2012) our daughter was just a baby. My step sister referred me to Dr. Garcia, she was the ONLY Dr that was able to see them for just $100 not a $250 deposit plus whatever they had to do. We instantly fell in love and have been with her since, my second daughter goes to her also and loves her and when I have my baby in January she will be her doctor as well! She is truly the best! I love Dr. Garcia! She's seen my 5 year old since she was born since I hadn't picked a pediatrician and she was the on call doctor at the hospital. She always takes her time and listens to our questions or concerns so I love that about her. BUT.... The wait time at her office, even with an appointment, is absolutely horrendous and now that my eight-month-old has been seeing her also, it's just completely unacceptable and I am unfortunately searching for a new pediatrician. :(
Dr. Garcia doesn't care that my daughter gets 105 fever for a week every single time she's been vaccinated! And refuses to acknowledge that that is a problem. How can you ask someone to continuously put their kid in that kind of misery.
