I had a ceiling leak caused by a loose shower pipe. I’d struggled to get a plumber for several days and then one guy let me down after I took a day off work. A friend recommended My House MOT, and within an hour of calling, a plumber was at my door. They coordinated everything - plumbing, electrics, joinery, and plastering - quickly and professionally. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this company. It has now been 12 days since the plumbing survey was conducted at my property, and I have yet to receive the promised report. I paid the requested sum of £228.00 in advance, yet despite following up twice last week—once being told the report would be sent by the end of the week, and again being assured of an immediate call—this issue remains unresolved. This morning I contacted House MOT requesting an emergency call out for a gas boiler problem. Despite numerous phone calls zero response. I contacted a different company ( Alpha Gas and Oil) received an immediate response and problem resolved! 26/10/24
