Acknowledged Our Faulty Wardrobe, Then Ghosted Us. This has been a truly bizarre and frustrating experience with My Fitted Wardrobes. A hinge on our 2022 wardrobe came loose. We contacted their support, and they replied once to ask for our address. We sent it immediately, and then... nothing. That was the last we ever heard from them.
