Submitted claim in January, no update 9 months later despite stating they will get response in 90 days. Emailed to chase and told I asked to cancel my claim? Completely clueless, now in hands of the Ombudsman.
So frustrating that this company keep ringing me, they have now passed my personal details onto somebody else to bombard me with calls. FYI the agent I just spoke to has just explained that’s what was done. Please delete my details you are in GDPR breach and will be notifying of this.

I called this company and for a mint it all seemed very positive then they said there there team is on it so I was told to call back in july and so I did then they say its out of there hands and they said some other company will email me so i said ok and nothing every time i call them they keep saying i need to wait for a email so yea there you have it NOTHING !!! I gave up in the end
