Keep emailing me about my possible car finance claim. Asked My claim group to stop many many times just ignored I don’t want them to claim for me as it’s not worth giving them 35% of probably £700. They send un-reply/ no-reply emails with updates of my claim I don’t want them to do. Avoid if poss even if you block emails they come in a different way……very stressfull
Submitted claim in January, no update 9 months later despite stating they will get response in 90 days. Emailed to chase and told I asked to cancel my claim? Completely clueless, now in hands of the Ombudsman.
