Time wasters never followed through with anything I had to phone multiple times for them to say that they are waiting for my last car finance company to get back to me and that they will email me.. waited for a few months with no email, I then called to be told my claim was shut due to me not signing something that I was never told about. useless going elsewhere.
Hannah provided Excellent customer service, friendly and efficient service 5* Since adding this review I've received endless emails/ texts from the "groups " solicitors and nothing has been paid out ,but now the solicitors are now asking for more authority to take the insurance companies to court on my behalf? Which doesn't seem correct to me and asking for me to sign a new contract for them to take this forward which doesn't sit right with me !! Amazing customer service explained everything perfectly
Put in a claim for compensation for car finance. My claims group asked black horse And Black horse said no So claim group said we can’t proceed. No reason no detail. Just black horse says no so - that that then. So that’s not a service That’s rolling over at the first refusal and saying nothing This despite black horse sending me a nominal cheque for over charging me for the same car I choose the claim for So the claim guys are worse than useless for me.
