Fantastic service online, were quick to verify my trade account, allowed me to change shipping to next day after I purchased, great prices and a user friendly interface! Now my go to detailing product supplier 💪
Be warned, they have shocking customer service and I am not alone in saying this. Spent nearly £130! on a few bottles of cleaning liquids, to which one with a bleach like effect wasn't sealed properly and will not seal. It covered everything. So after cleaning them all and explaining the problem, then with photos, etc, was offered a 60p refund option or 10 percent off next order. What an insult! An offer of an empty bottle so I could actually use the product would have been nice and solved the issue, but the 60p 'option 'and... read more
Been a customer for many years and always received good advice where needed. Quality products and a huge range. In store, delivery, and click and collect service all been good experiences.
Ordered on Friday afternoon and received on Sunday. Amazing service and they were cheaper than the rest! I'll be back.
