I have been seeing Sally now for the last 2 months and her support and compassion have been invaluable. Sally was a great help to me. The hypnotherapy sessions were very relaxing and I can only assume from the results that they sank in. Outside of the hypnosis she was an excellent listener and provided some sound advice which has genuinely helped to put me on the right path. I would not hesitate to seek her help again if I feel I am veering off it.
