Absolutely terrible customer service, Derek is extremely not personable. I was looking for a bit of direction, he pretty much just told me he would have to charge me to consult with him, and then when I advised of what it was about, he just said he can’t help me. Never offered a suggestion, a direction, anything. Just I’d have to charge you, and I can’t help you. And he spoke very aggressive, as if I bothered him with my inquiry.
I called them, & some lady answered. Never even allowed me to finish my sentence. She even acknowledged "sorry I don't mean to interrupt". Ignorant
PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!! I was in a situation where I went into an interview and I was denied employment because of my criminal background. Not only was I denied in part because of that, I also had a General Manager and multiple employees from a dealership conspire to make a complete different story up and say that I was exited out for being loud and confrontational which never happened.
