Extremely professional service. I travelled from Manchester to buy a car from this dealership and they were very helpful and honest. They sent me the full service history before I made the journey. In there I could see the car had previously had a bump and been repaired. This would of been easy to hide by simply destroying these receipts of work because the repairs were to a high standard and not obvious, but the dealer was transparent about the history of the car and answered any of my questions. Really impressed with the service I received from MW Trade Cars. I purchased a vehicle back in April that suffered a timing chain issue a few weeks later. After issues with the warranty, they investigated it and covered the cost of the repair, which was a massive help and cleared a lot of hassle for me. Genuine, professional, great comms and easy to deal with.
