With the British champs' coming up I wanted a check over of my left hamstring. As it happens there is still a bit of soreness there which Martin worked on and to send me on my way with a bit more piece of mind. Thorough as usual and much appreciated.
Martin is great at his job as he listens to what issues you have. He has changed the treatment I have received as I have started to feel better. Excellent.
Good to get an expert opinion on the soreness in my left hamstring. Martin, as usual, was thorough and made the assessment that some of my fibres were tight, hence the soreness - a good, but sometimes painful massaged followed, to ease off the tension. Would certainly recommend to anyone who needs to get an injury etc checked out
