Tried to get my car back after the police handed it to them after a theft. I was willing to pay for the recovery but because the logbook was stolen from the car And I didn't have new number plates as they were stolen too I was refused my vehicle. Roll on two days I get a call from a garage saying they were getting my car delivered to them . When I questioned MVS on how the garage was allowed to have my car without a log book and I wasn't.
