I've been training at MVJ for almost a year and never practice martial arts before. It's a great place to train and just be at.The staff is awesome and the quality of teachings is priceless. The instructors are very knowledgeable about martial arts and how to apply their teachings in the ring, self defense and just staying in shape. Questions are welcome. Would recommend to any beginner, any expert, aspiring fighter, martial arts enthusiast, really anybody.

Mvj is a great gym to be a part of and a great place to work out and be treated like family.
Having trained at a fare amount of famous gyms over the years. Easily on par with top striking instruction, very knowledgeable approach to striking. Great gym environment and community as well. Really a top level striking school in the northeast.
