I have trained Muay Thai for 5 years with great coaches. Professor Greg is definitely towards the top of the list with not only his training techniques, but the level of experience he brings to the table. He is always there to offer one on one advice and to build your level of skill and confidence up. I look forward to earning my way onto the fight team and winning some belts! Great place for beginner to experienced fighters.
I have been training at MVJ for a little over a year. I have gone to 3-4 martial arts programs in DE as well as other kickboxing and boxing schools outside the state (and country). MVJ is the very best in DE. And it is as good - if not better - than programs and schools in other parts of the country. It's a true gem in Delaware if you want to learn how to box or kickbox. And even if you already know how to, the integrated system of training and teaching will create vast improvements, quickly. Cannot praise these guys enough!
