The conditioning is amazing, and practical in a self defense kind of way. Not only do you get in shape, shed the weight or even get stronger, but you become more confident and comfortable in your own skin in means of empowerment and self defense. I recommend all of what they have to offer.
I would recommend MVJ to anyone! MVJ has an amazing group of people who are there to motivate you, teach you, and ultimately take you to the next level. They are serious about what they do and they do it well! This is in all areas of training. I personally come to practice and learn the art of Modern Vee Jitsu. awesome place to train, very knowledgeable coaches, feels like family when you walk in the door. The programs that are offered are very affordable. you will get in sahpe and walk out knowing that you can apply the techniques in the street when needed
MVJ is an amazing place to grow. If there is an element of your fighting that needs improvement this is the place to train it. They'll make sure you learn the skill and teach you how to integrate it.
