I came to mvj at a very venereal point in my life going through a divorce, the training also the people help clear my mind enough to not only start a armature boxing careers but to surpass the stress an depression and ultimately grow into a professional boxer and help other fighters, MVJ athletic is a real class act in my book

Not your ordinary gym; we are family. Very friendly atmosphere filled with instructors who are passionate about this art. MVJ does not only teach children and adults about self defense; they guide us through the different body parts making us untouchable to those whom try to harm us. Overall an amazing dojo with extraordinary instructors! If you want quality, MVJ is the place to go.
This school offers the most comprehensive self defense system I've ever seen hands down! Couple that with intense conditioning led by an experienced and intelligent staff and you have one of the best gyms in DE.
