It's home and it's not because I spend a alot of time there (I used to train there couple times a week), but because at MVJ Athletics Training Center, everyone is family. There were many times when I wanted to quit because of the pain or because I was struggling to accomplish something, but my teammates, my family, was there to edge me on. They are what makes this place the best to train your body, mind and soul. Can't wait to come back!
MVJ offers a wide range of combat experience. Whether you want to train to compete in sports or train for personal defense, the center can accommodate your needs. Even if you are not interesting in fighting, MVJ can provide a regimen to get your mind and body to peak physical condition. Hands down, one of the most exciting and motivating environments in the area.
The environment in this gym feels like a family environment we all try to help each other and the training is the best you can have. I been training on this gym for about 4 months now and the support and knowledge that I have received from everyone has make me feel like I'm part of this family. Highly recommended..
