Everything was delicious, fresh, and made perfectly! All servers are SO sweet and attentive😇 The yellowtail jalapeño special roll was soo fresh & had refreshing citrus flavor, the albacore crispy roll was melt in your mouth and crunchy with fried onions (not greasy!), and the shishito peppers + salad for appetizers was so perfect & flavorful!! Very expensive, up charge of $3.00 for soy paper hand roll. Eel in the hand roll had an intestine attached, when I asked the chef , he just shrugged as it was nothing unusual, when I looked it up, I learned that it was the intestine that wasn’t cleaned off . Very disappointing, never coming back. 🤢
